Leadtimes specified allow for personalisation to take place once we have received final artwork information and the goods are in stock. Out of stock items and artwork approvals can cause a delay to despatch but you will be notified if this is the case - with an estimated despatch date by email or text
Check the stock availability indicators on the shopping cart for your preferred items if you need the gift in a hurry. Heavy, bulky or large quantity orders should be sent by the Express method shown below.
We offer 4 methods of collection / delivery of goods.
Large Letter Post
In Stock items* will be despatched in 1-2 Days from date of order.
Despatched items will be delivered in 3-5 days by post
Despatched items will be delivered in 3-5 days by post
Large Letter is a maximum of 25mm x 250mm x 353mm and less than 750g in weight. This would be for small items such as keyrings, jigsaws & mousemats
Despatched items will be delivered by courier in 2-3 Days

Small Parcel Post
In Stock items* will be despatched in 1-2 Days from date of order.
Despatched items will be delivered in 3-5 days by post
Despatched items will be delivered in 3-5 days by post
Small Parcel post is for items 160mm x 350mm x 450mm and under 1kg in weight. This would include up to 2 mugs, bottles, clocks, cushions
Express Delivery
In Stock items* will be despatched in 1-2 days from date of order.
Despatched items will be delivered by courier in 2-3 Days
Canvasses over 12 x 16" would have to be delivered via this method.
Collection
In Stock items* will be available for collection from our Sleaford Shop in 1-2 Days
